refund within 10 days of delivery. A credit will be offered if the product is returned between 10 and 30 days
of delivery. Both open and unopened packages will be accepted.
AllDorm will gladly refund the cost of shipping for returns due to our error. Simply contact our Returns
Department and we will have the product picked up. However, please understand that AllDorm will not be held
responsible for the cost of shipping under any other circumstances.

Processing a Return A Customer Service Representative will quickly analyze your order and the

Fulfilling a Return In every package received there should be a return slip containing an address
for the AllDorm Returns Department. Follow the detailed instructions on the returns slip and fill-in all
relevant information. Please note that only once the Customer Service Representative receives the return
with this slip will your refund be processed.
