Here's my personal favorite--Pina Colada: 5 T. coconut milk; 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice; 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream; 1/2 frozen banana (in chunks); 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks. Add liquids and soft ingredients first; follow with frozen ingredients or ice. Mix for 30 seconds, then hit the Smooth button until the mixture is thick and consistent.
