Next Generation Digital Audio Player:
For the first time in the world, iRiver came out with the Next Generation Digital Audio Player using DataPlay media (http://www.dataplay.com).
FirmWare Upgrade:
Firmware Upgrades will be provided to modify the product's current software and also update the software with next generation music formats, such as MP3Pro and Ogg Vorbis. The firmware will improve with each upgrade, and users will be able to enjoy their music with the highest quality functions available.
A Portable Hard Disc:
iDP-100 is not only a digital audio player, it can easily save and transfer data with your PC using a USB cable.
ContentKey Support:
Copyrights will be protected by ContentKey technology. Users will easily have access to additional data using ContentKey technology.
Rechargeable Player & Fast Recharging:
iDP-100 provides charge and discharge mode with Li-ion rechargeable batteries. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the batteries. Li-ion batteries are different from commonly used Ni-MH batteries because they do not affect the memory of the battery. Therefore, it is possible to use the battery while charging.
Stronger than ever against vibration:
iDP-100's DataPlay engine went though anti-vibration testing, so you can listen to music even while jogging. Moreover, iDP-100 has a 2MB buffer memory to protect your data safely from shock.
Graphic User Interface:
Each user can modify his/her own settings through the Function Menu.

Multi Lingual, Graphic LCD:
The graphic LCD supports multiple languages. Basic languages are Korean, Japanese and English, but German, French, Spanish and 35 other languages are also supported.
6 Different Types of EQs:
To maximize the user's satisfaction, the iDP-100 provides 6 unique EQs. There are 5 different presets (Normal, Rock, Jazz, Classic, and Ultra Bass) and an EQ that can be modified by the user.
