It's perfect in my dorm room. Not too big, not too small. If you're going to sleep on it a lot, think about a bigger futon mattress. But friends crash on mine every now and then and they like it.

It's compact, but not overly small, and light weight sturdy metal. It fits right under a lofted bed so it saves space. Great for chillin', watchin' tv, and making a place for your buddies to crash. It's under 200 bucks.
