The 10/30 Guarantee
We understand how hectic college life can be and realize just how important it is
to be flexible. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can send it back for a full
refund within 10 days of delivery. A credit will be offered if the product is returned between 10 and 30 days
of delivery. Both open and unopened packages will be accepted.
AllDorm will gladly refund the cost of shipping for returns due to our error. Simply contact our Returns
Department and we will have the product picked up. However, please understand that AllDorm will not be held
responsible for the cost of shipping under any other circumstances.
In every package received there should be a return slip containing an address
for the AllDorm Returns Department. Follow the detailed instructions on the returns slip and fill-in all
relevant information. Please note that only once the Customer Service Representative receives the return
with this slip will your refund be processed.
Once the Returns Department receives the product,
a Customer Service Representative will analyze your return and the
circumstances surrounding your return, and will determine the
appropriate refund. We will then notify you via e-mail.
Please note we assure a speedy turnaround time from the moment

| AllDorm determines the cost of shipping based upon the size and weight of each product being shipped. You can see your exact shipping costs during checkout before your order is placed. AllDorm uses either UPS or FedEx ground based upon the lowest shipping costs we could find available for you. If you would like to place a large order, please call us at 1-866-ALLDORM before placing the order, for an adjustment may need to be made to your final checkout shipping cost. |
