Ross Meador
Ross Meador is an international business and technology attorney with broad experience representing American, Asian, and European companies and investors in their domestic and cross-border business operations. He has extensive experience handling venture capital financing for such enterprises, from the perspectives of the fledgling company and venture capital firms and strategic investors.
Mr. Meador has been involved in international business law for over 25 years. He has practiced law in Korea and Indonesia for eight years, and has advised clients with regards to substantial projects in many other parts of the world.
From January 1974 until April 1975, Mr. Meador served as Co-Director of Overseas Operations in the Saigon office of Friends of Children of Vietnam. In 1976, he continued his charity work in Seoul, Korea, as Director of Friends of Children International, and in 1982 he served as Senior Advisor to the International Mission of Hope in Calcutta, India. His work with orphans in Asia has been described in several books, including The War Cradle by Shirley Barnes, After Sorrow Comes Joy by Cherie Clark, and This Must Be My Brother, by LeAnn Theiman and Carol Dey.
